Shop assistant: Hello, how can I help you?

Customer: Hi, last week I bought a wasching machine here and now I’d like to make a complaint.

Shop assistant: I see. Can you show me your receipt first?

Customer: Of course, here you are.

Shop assistant: All right. Please, tell me what exactly would you like to complain about?

Customer: Well, when I got home,  I realized the manual was missing, and it was just the beginning of my problems. I wanted to turn the wasching machine on, but it just started making funny noises.

Shop assistant: Did you manage to switch it on eventually?

Customer: Unfortunately, it was impossible. I tried to start it a few more times, but there was no result.

Shop assistant: I’m so sorry to hear that. The good news is that your wasching machine can be easily replaced with a new one.

Customer: Frankly speaking, I’d rather get a full refund than be given another washing machine.

Shop assistant:  It’s totally up to you. Please, fill in the form so that I’ll be able to transfer the money into your  bank account.

Customer: Into my bank account…. I was hoping to get a refund in cash.
