Description of a cat
I have never had a cat. The reason is quite simple - my sister is allergic to them, so it has always been out of the question. Allergy symptoms include sweeling, sneezing, itchy skin and severe breathing problems. They appear almost immediately after exposure to an allergen and it can be a real nuisance.
So imagine my surprise when I came back home last weekend and saw my sister sitting in an armchair with a small kitten in her arms. I thought that it was some kind of joke. She explained to me, however, that this is not an ordinary cat. This cat belongs to a breed that is hypoallergenic, which means that it produces less allergens than normally and can be tolerated by people with allergies.
We named him ''Ginger'' because of his colour. Ginger has got lively green eyes and soft short coat. His body is long and slim, yet still very small. He is very flexible – he jumps all over the house, falls down from furniture and chases his tail. Our kitten is always eager to play and enjoys attention.
